Marketplace content and activity may be demonstration, curated, synthetic, or connector-ready and may not represent real transactions or operating services.

Access, review, testing, linking, or communication does not by itself create an agreement, partnership, agency, joint venture, confidentiality obligation, license, offer, commitment, exclusivity, acquisition arrangement, pilot, or other commercial relationship with Dravara, LLC. Any such relationship requires a separate written agreement executed by authorized representatives.

What this draft covers

• Access, correction, deletion, portability, sale/share opt-out, targeted-advertising opt-out, sensitive-data request, appeal, and authorized-agent request.
• A production case must track request ID, type, jurisdiction, requester, agent, verification state, timestamps, deadline, status, outcome, appeal, audit reference, and retention state.
• Verification must be proportionate. Authorized agents may need proof of authority; the consumer may be contacted directly where law permits.

Operational gate

• Submission, acknowledgment, identity verification, deadlines, fulfillment, appeal, audit, and deletion evidence require a tested production workflow and staffed process. This page intentionally does not expose a private recipient address or create a false success state.

• A published page does not activate a marketplace capability; matching technical and operational controls must be verified.
